🏓 Court Rules & Booking Policy

    To keep our courts in good condition and protect every player's booking, please read the rules below before you book. Completing a booking means you agree to follow them.

  • 1. Booking and Court Use
  • Courts are for confirmed bookings only. Please arrive and leave on time for your booked slot.
  • A no-show forfeits the slot, with no make-up time and no refund.
  • Please use the court for the number of players and the purpose you booked it for. Transferring, lending or subletting your slot is not allowed.
  • If you run past your slot, we may charge for the extra time or end your session.

  • 2. Cancellations and Changes
  • To cancel or change a booking, open My Account > My Bookings in the left-hand menu and cancel it there.
  • Cancelling outside these rules, not showing up, or changing at the last minute may incur a handling fee or be recorded against your account.
  • Seasonal rentals, private bookings and drop-in sessions follow the terms published for each of those plans.

  • 3. Court Etiquette
  • Indoor sports shoes only — outdoor shoes are not permitted on court.
  • Please tidy the court when you finish, and take your belongings and rubbish with you.
  • Please be considerate of other players and avoid disrupting their game.

  • 4. Food, Drink and Cleanliness
  • Please eat only in the lounge area. Do not bring food onto the courts (water and drinks excepted).
  • Please take your rubbish to the bins in the lounge area and sort or recycle it as signposted.
  • If you have drinks or other liquids left over, please take them away with you rather than pouring them into the bins.
  • Where food or drink causes a mess or damages equipment, a cleaning and repair charge from NT$500 will apply.

  • 5. Restrooms, Tables and Chairs
  • Please leave the restrooms clean. Wrap toilet paper, sanitary products and other personal items before putting them in the bin.
  • Please return tables and chairs when you finish: stack the white chairs neatly in the corner, and place the black folding chairs together against the wall.

  • 6. No Smoking or Betel Nut
  • For everyone's health and for the quality of the venue, smoking and chewing betel nut are prohibited throughout the building and around the main entrance.
  • Please do not move our chairs to the entrance to smoke. If you smoke, please use the designated area outside the venue.
  • Please make sure cigarettes are fully extinguished and put them in a bin or ashtray — not on the ground, in drains, in planters or in any other public area.

  • 7. Safety and Liability
  • Play within your limits. If you feel unwell, stop playing immediately.
  • Please look after your own belongings. The venue is not responsible for personal property.
  • Where someone breaks these rules or compromises the safety or order of the venue and does not change their behaviour after being asked, we reserve the right to refuse them use of the courts.
